Data security for all services performed by Nordic Analytics

Nordic Analytics focuses on security

In Nordic Analytics, we focus on data security and the handling of our customers’ data. Preventing digital theft is an essential part of our core service. All personal information is therefore stored on an encrypted server.

Nordic Analytics does not store personal information on its own computers, and both data storage and data analysis take place using an encrypted connection to our server. This solution is extremely powerful, and all storage and all processes take place exclusively on an EU server.

Our data is stored on a server owned by DigitalOcean. You can find the data processor document at https://www.digitalocean.com/legal/data-processing-agreement/.
Digital ocean has a number of ISO certifications which can be found at https://www.digitalocean.com/trust/. To download the SOC2 Type II and ISO / IEC 27001: 2013 certifications, you must select the column “FRA1”, as our data is located in this data center.

Proces for customers, who will be sharing personal information with Nordic Analytics

  1. We will guide one of your employees through the process of uploading your data directly to our secure server. This employee will have a temporary SFTP access to a separate directory on our server. This access will be closed again after the necessary information has been transferred
  2. Only our system administrator and analytics manager (same person) have access to your personal information.
  3. Data analyses are also performed on this server. No personal data will appear in the final report, and this report can therefore be delivered on the customer’s e-mail.
  4. After 3 years from obtaining the personal information, these will be deleted from the Nordic Analytics server.
